One star only because it exists! It's terrible, I can always make all my other apps work with the same internet connection, but not Hulu. They have good programming but they do not care about their customers, AT ALL! There is no one to talk to about customer complaints, they don't care. They don't care about the product they are putting out, just the $$ they are taking in! The commercials are ridiculous and relentless! They are turned up in volume and when the program buffers and fails it takes you straight back to commercials! Over and over! It will play the commercials over and over but fails just as the programming starts! Horrible! They could fix this as don't. I have 4 other apps and Hulu is the only one I struggle with!

I actually gave a star only because that was the lowest option. I got an email stating try Hulu with these add ons free for a year so I think sure why not then when they couldn't find my account. When I called and spoke to a person and explained it twice the response yes we can do that for a one time fee if $50. However when I kept asking ok where is the free offer that was sent it's there but requires $59 deposit one time fee...that is not frr and that is false advertising. Shame on you for using staying at home due to COVID as your hook for a scam. As in my conversation there are to be no funds taken from my card.

Scam of a company. They require you to watch ads or make you pay more money. Just annoying. You are already paying foe the service -.-

It was great a year ago but now that they raised their prices we are constantly getting trouble messages ... we are going with another provider because their streaming and the service is Inadequate.. thankful there's better competition... bye Hulu

Shouldn’t pay for streaming services to watch commercials. Gotta pay for unwanted services to watch movies. I’m canceling.

To many adds when I pay for no adds!!!!!!!!!!!

I called to update my payment information and was unable to do so because they told me that my zip code on file with them did not match the zip code on my card. They acknowledged that the zip code on my old card matched the zip code on my new card. They would not tell me what the zip code they had for me on file.

At first Hulu was a very good value. Then the price started to climb, and customer service went out the window. I have the no ads option. I read how it worked then watched some shows and could understand why i was still seeing ads. I was then told there were some exceptions. Why was this not stated in their ad? It didn't matter the shows i was watching Anthony Bourdain (travel channel), Cold cases (A&E) most of the time get commercials. These shows are not live when we get commercials. Calling customer service is impossible as there is always 45 minutes or more wait time to talk with someone, no matter when you call. When you do get through to someone, they are not helpful. Best thing to do is pull the plug and find someone else.

Suddenly they are doing Picture in Picture ads and then taking the regular ad breaks as well, have had the service for about 18 months or so and accepted that I pay for the version with ads, what I did not agree to was having half my screen cut off to show me ads on top of the usual break from the show for ads

i have been able to access HULU from the UK using all the tricks learnt off the internet - I like it & as such I cancelled some of my other services such as CBS All Access (now Paramount+). Yeah the adds are a little annoying but they only last for like 90 seconds. Haven't decided as yet to venture into the Live TV option as I can access the majority of those channels via an IPTV provider
I won't be cancelling Netflix or Disney+, but so far so good - I have found much content to enjoy on HULU & hope Walt continues to support at least for the next 12 months!

I’m just here to say Hulu sucks! If i could give it 0 stars I would. The fact I have to pay double for no ads... trash. It honestly has no content unless you get the various (and expensive) add ons. Which really doesn’t make any sense, since the other streaming services have A LOT of deals which make it cheaper... and you can’t get the full content of HBO Max, STARZ, Disney+, etc. on the Hulu app, so what is the point?! They did nothing but give me fake joy. When you google a show and it says it’s on Hulu you would get so excited until it says, “Watch with Hulu Live T.V. which is $75 a month, smh. Also hate the fact that Disney plus associates with Hulu in America instead of Stars! Stars is clearly the better choice for both Americans and Internationals (as they have more content than Hulu), but that’s a review for another time. Also, their algorithm is terrible. I can NEVER find anything I like. Not like when there is nothing to watch on Netflix, but you find something and you’re content. But when you look on Hulu, everything is so unappealing that you’re not even watching the show rather than scrolling through social media mindlessly. I honestly found myself just taking off the app and going elsewhere to look. I cannot stress this enough, their content is not good. Honestly, 0/10 I DO NOT recommend getting Hulu. Majority of there shows are on other streaming services anyways, it is not anything special — at all! Save your money honey.
